Terms of Use Agreement

1.1 A User is any person accessing the website for any purpose, including registered users or paying customers. This includes individuals and legal entities.

1.2 By accessing or using the website, you agree to accept the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the website.

1.3 MedicYard reserves the right to modify, change, or update the Agreement at any time without prior notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2.1 Users must be individuals or business entities legally operating in Nigeria or other countries.

2.2 Services are available only to those who can form legally binding contracts under Nigerian law.

2.3 Business entity representatives must be authorized to bind the entity to this Agreement.

4.1 Users become Registered Users by completing an online registration form providing accurate name, contact info, and business details.

4.2 MedicYard assigns a User ID and Password for Account access. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities under their account.

4.3 Users consent to the inclusion of their personal and business data in MedicYard's database for sharing with other users as necessary to facilitate marketplace transactions.

4.4 MedicYard may refuse or terminate registration at any time without prior notification or reason.

MedicYard provides marketplace and hosting services. Users must not host, display, or share information that:

• Belongs to another person without legal rights.
• Is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
• Infringes on intellectual property (patents, trademarks, etc.).
• Contains viruses or software designed to interrupt computer functionality.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, or sovereignty of Nigeria.
• Is false, inaccurate, or misleading.

Users grant MedicYard an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display information provided by them to support marketplace operations.

6.1 Buyers and Sellers shall indemnify MedicYard against freight charges, taxes, losses, or legal proceedings arising from their acts or omissions.

6.2 MedicYard makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information on the website and is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

6.3 MedicYard is not liable for delays or failures caused by acts of nature, internet failures, or causes beyond its control.
